My little feet and toes

They jump through puddles,
Stroll or run a race.
Walk across the street
or someday tromp in space.
They could scale a mountain
or tiptoe with the ballet corps.

Someday they'll walk a tightrope
or explore the ocean floor.
Someday these little feet will do some things
that only heaven knows,
but for today they're happy
just to wiggle all their toes.
