Black Birch Creek

After a very late night, I somewhat surprisingly woke early'ish, well, earlier than most people. Somewhat stiff and sore, I slept in the car, and slightly hangover. Not unsurprisingly.

A lovely day however and after many coffees and food and small group of us set off on a bike ride. Fab day and great scenery. We only did about 15km, but saw a lot and crossed many rivers, such as this one.

Then back to the station for lunch, as everyone arrived back from the river. So we packed the BBQ's in the car and headed back to the river for an afternoon lunch and swim beside the river. Fantastic.

And then a relatively quiet night. Luckily, as we'd drank most of the beer last night. I think between 14 of us we drank 1 bottle of wine and 12 beers, somewhat different to the night before!
