Mountains of biscuits

Spent the evening baking 7 types of Norwegian Christmas biscuits with a friend. It was a bit of a marathon: took about 7 hours, 3kg flour, 2 kg butter (!!), 20 eggs, 1kg of sugar and lots of ground almonds amongst other things. Here are the fruits of some of our labours, as we ran out of space on the table for cooling we had to pack some away so unfortunately I didn't manage to get a picture with all of them in! Suffice to say we ended up with about 6 tins full each...but will they last until Christmas?!
