Bribery

Alison brought this yesterday claiming it was a "present" for driving her to and from work every day this week - in fact apart from Monday the roads in Inverness haven't been bad and we've had no snow since then. As I'm not really a cake or even a chocolate person I'm sure there'll be some left for her. As you can see we couldn't resist trying it - very crumbly but tastes fine. She got it from the fancy deli next to her school. Can't say whether it tastes of absinthe as I've never yet had any of the "Green Fairy" - must be in one of those books of 5000 things to do before you die.
