thirty centimetres (or twelve inches) - and I kept telling everyone that it was definitely half a meter. Feels like it and it keeps on snowing. I'm amazed and love it! Every morning I'm running to the window to see how much has fallen overnight and it doesn't seem to stop. If this was rain I'd have lost my good spirits a long time ago but this is still snow and my spirits are up.

My "injury" has stopped hurting much too so I will be on the sledging slope again soon.

Staff Christmas dinner tonight, I'm afraid that the only effort will be made on the festive top, my footwear will stay very much practical but then that will be hidden under the table anyway.
