Narnia

It's happened - overnight we went from no snow to lots of snow!

M and I went out for a walk at first light and it was as if there was no one else about. Just us and the Forest animals. We saw loads of footprints and herd tracks - big pheasants, little pheasants, badgers, squirrels, rabbits and deer. We saw one deer bound across the path ahead of us, after stopping to check us out. Then a herd of about 6 deer with a couple of stags stopped amongst the trees before bounding away.

It was pretty incredible. Felt like I was a kid and in Narnia.
