Mmmmm.... blue cheese

I have to say, I have never been a big fan of blue cheese, what with not being a cheese-eating surrender monkey an' all.
But I tried out some Cashel Blue recently and put a nub of it into a mince patty and I have been converted to its amazingness. Nyommmm!!!

Blue cheese is often rather interesting to look at even though I'm not at the stage where I could eat this stuff raw :-)
