In the Forest

It's been a busy day of cleaning, organizing, laundry, tidying up and finding places to put the every day clutter of life, to free up the surfaces to be used this upcoming weekend. Almost there....boy does the place look tidy!

folks arrive mid afternoon tomorrow, for 2 days of meditation, talks, good food etc! I love these weekends, but always find myself, at some point, resisting what sometimes feels like too much peace and quiet....so i usually need to find a bit of faster paced energy....we'll see what the weekend brings!

and still we have no snow.....a walk in the forest this afternoon was so amazing, there are still ferns that are green and lush, and the deep green moss everywhere, is so stunning. the light was too flat to really get a good sense of the colours in here!
