s'now problem

I stumbled out of the house this morning into our first proper snow dump of the season. (I know it's pitiful to what other parts of the UK have had.) This beech hedge a few doors down from us really leapt out from the blanket of white.

Travel today went well. I left the house later but still caught the train I usually get because it was half an hour late. Then on the way home I caught an earlier train than normal because it was running late. And even though I walked from the station because there were no buses, I was still home earlier than normal.

Tomorrow may be trickier because it sounds like the big freeze is setting in.

Today I turned down a job. Hard decision in these difficult times. I also accepted a free consultation with a career coach. What's going on?
