But with cars, traffic lights and electric street lighting. But it could be if you squint your eyes a bit and imagine! I bet snow never stopped Victorian Dundee. I bet their schools never shut down for a whole week. I bet they never complained that there was no milk and bread in the shops. Just eat something else!! Business would go on as usual. Moan over.
