Lovely morning - Jer stayed home today because he wasn't feeling so well, but we got to take Willy to the dog park, then for a quick breakfast. Nice to have that slow start.

After work, came home and had some leftover soup and made a Salad of Boiled Potatoes, Avocadoo & Mustard Cress from Jamie Oliver's The Naked Chef Takes Off. Probably didn't really need a recipe for it, but nice to use this book for inspiration. Added a lovely soft boiled egg (fresh from the farm) to top it all off.
