Gulls

Gulls feeding on a slightly frozen Canoe Lake, Southsea.

This wasn't meant to be today's blip as I intended to put up a photo of the storage sheds that are next to the lake. However, the photo I took looked a bit boring so I am putting this one up instead, even though I thought I would avoid bird photos what with Lawrie on here. I guess the photos you like aren't always the ones you meant to take. There are probably many things wrong with this shot, but I liked the shape of their wings as they flew in to feed on the bread being scattered on the ice.
