I have always liked my own company and before I had the twins I would quite often go out on my own for a bit, just to have some only me time. Micha and Lee were older and out with friends and Darren understood. But with 2 year olds the only thing they want you to do with your time is spend it with them. Which is fine and I love it.
Today though after dropping them off at preschool instead of coming home and doing the cleaning I found myself walking, and walking, and walking. Was home 2 and a bit hours later cold but happy. I guess I needed a bit of me time.
