Vitamins!
I'm a sucker for vitamins and supplements. Silly really, as I'm overweight and not that healthy! When I was in Gibraltar a woman I went to interview with the GBC news crew told me about Eye Q. It's basically fish oils and evening primrose oil in a capsule. It's good brain food and also helps to keep your skin healthy among other things. I'm trying it out and have taken six capsules a day for the past 11 days, and after 12 weeks you can reduce it to two a day. If I look particularly glowing when you next see me, now you know why!!
