Whilst playing with the dogs. I heard the sound of antlers knocking behind me in at the deer farm. Its a distinctive sound that I would recoginse immediately.
The dominant stag was sparing with my favorite little stag but very gently and it was obvious that he was letting the young guy have some fun. During the Rut the young stag was not allowed anywhere near the rest of the herd, so it was nice to see him re-united...
