A hearty dinner

Beef and potato goulash.

For the second time this week, I searched through my recipe books to find something different to feed the family. Earlier this week, a Sainsbury's stir fry recipe got the thumbs up from the adults, but the thumbs down from the kids. Today, the beef and potato goulash was well received by all the family.
