Waratah Bay

Big day today. Kaz, Spence and I went for a ride on Dad's four wheeler motorbike up the hill this morning. The view is really good, overlooking Wilson's Prom and Corner Inlet. There was no wind again today so the Inlet was glassy!

Kaz and I then left Spence with Mum while we went for a surf down at Waratah Bay! It was just perfect conditions! There was still no wind, the sun was out but not too hot that it burns you to a crisp, the waves were not messy at all, the water not too cold and there was no-one there again!! We had a great time in the water catching the waves and even standing up quite a few times!! We are complete hacks but love it!!

We got fish and chips for lunch and then came back home so Mum could go to work! We packed up our things then called in and saw mum at work, then Pop, then Nana on the home. My cousin has just given Nana (who is 88 years old) a Mac computer to use. Nana is loving it and slowly getting used to it! She had a few things that she didn't know how to fix or what had gone wrong so Kaz fixed them up for her today when we called in! She is an amazing woman, so full of life and such a positive attitude!

We got home and it was still about 26 degrees C at 5.30pm so we decided to go the local outdoor pool for a swim! Spence loves the water and had a great time jumping of a floating mat things into our arms. He shows no fear which is sort of good because he experiences a lot of things that way, but if we aren't looking he will just jump in anyway, which is quite scary.

We couldn't be bothered cooking so we decided to go into Warragul and have Chinese for tea!! It wasn't as nice as the other Chinese place we went to a while back but good not to have to cook!
