Converging Verticals

Not really. It's an uprooted tree, but I liked the effect.

Well, last night I heard a lot of loud smashing sounds outside as the large icicles hanging from my gutters fell to the ground having begun to melt as a result of a rise in temperature. There was also heavy rain overnight and so today the snow is greatly diminished and there's horrible slushy stuff everywhere.

Anyway, I've decided to make a start on my Christmas shopping (online, in the warm). I've also given a bit of thought to my own list for Santa, which includes:

- a telephoto lens
- a tripod
- some filters
- a bigger memory card
- Photoshop

Hmmm. What else?

- Clinique 'Happy'
- CK One

It's a start.
