Turning on the lights

Weird feeling waking up this morning as felt like it should have been Monday! Thankfully the weekend was just starting & again got loads done. Had a major cleaning session this am & then popped out locally for a bit more Xmas shopping & saw the Xmas lights being turned on in Blackheath Village. Slight tension when nothing happened after the first countdown but sorted after the second one - phew! Currently cooking another batch of chicken soup & considering making an apple & blackberry crumble...
