Her Worship

Christmas Fayre in Durham today. Her Worship was happy to be photograped.

Naomi and I decided to go and do a bit of Christmas shopping. We paused for about an hour on the way in Waterstones, where Naomi knew exactly which book she wanted, but it was 3 for the price of two. So we had to browse desperately for two more books, or else pay full price for one, which would have hurt a bit. Between us we managed to make a decision. Eventually.

Naomi was asked for her advice twice while we were there, by middle aged people attempting to navigate their way through The Vampire Section Dark Fantasy choices for teenage nieces and daughters. She looks like, and is, a veteran of the genre, having read her way through a shed-load of the stuff over the past year or two.
