carpet biter1 and i have just returned from the school disco. a mad, chaotic, noisy do in the harsh accoustic of the school gym hall. the boys seemed to charge about in packs. some of the girls chased the boys, others danced in groups. carpet biter1 was completely overwhelmed from start to finish.

brings back memories of being the same age and being completely torn between being too self concious to join in and desperately wanting to get up and dance.
