Zihuatanejo Sunset

It seems wrong to begin our Mexican adventure with a photo of the end of the day, but our first full day in Zihuatanejo finished with this sunset over La Ropa Beach. My wife and I had walked there with our new friends, Ralf and Carol, for a little happy hour celebration on this perfect beach. We managed to stroll the beach before sitting down for drinks. The conversation was so engaging and the sunset so beautiful that we had to stay until it turned dark. Then, of course, we needed to eat and what better place but with our feet in the sand. The only difficult part was stumbling back in the pitch black Mexican night.
