Illegal, Inconsiderate Parking

One thing that annoys me is folks who park inconsiderately. Okay we may all have parked illegally at times, but if folks are going to do that why can they not be a little considerate to other road users and make sure that the double yellows they are on will not cause a obstruction to others. There is no way that a ambulance or fire engine could of passed this van. As per usual there is never a traffic warden or cop around to deal with this type of incident. However there always is one when someone parks in a lesser illegal manner that causes no obstrution.
