Cu Jimmy

A stunning morning walk with Juno. The sledging slopes deserted, the hill to myself. We dropped down to the burn and bumped into Robbie who I used to play rugby with. We strolled along chatting while the labs ran around in the winter landscape.

Great conversation and the dogs had fun, thanks Robbie, nice catching up.

Headed back over the hill to be met be the screaming of the sledging slopes. Parents on their mobile phones and children sledging and screaming to be pulled back up.

We strolled on avoiding the noise. Back home I dug the car out and it started, however no need to go anywhere so just left it.

Domestic chores to be done and dinner to be made.

This is the new copper cladding on the observatory, they managed to rescue as much as possible of the old ornamental parts.
