Satisfying Sunday

A very creative and productive day today.

Razzle Dazzle has painted the wall up the stairs so our crazy plan is in its first stages. He has been cheered up by the positive response to the work so far, so we didn't waste time and put this good energy to good use! The colour has changed from pink to a green, but I am hoping it will still look amazing when complete.

I bought some baubles (Above) in some bright colours.... they were reduced - I suspect they weren't traditional enough for some. They look lovely hanging on our kitchen door, tied with pink raffia in a big bunch though.

I also made a wreath for our friends door. When they married, two years ago I did their wedding cake. In thanks she gave me the silk flowers and since then they have sat in a box. So I put some of them to use and made them into this . I hope they like it.
