Me and Ena

Still experiencing snowy conditions. Aunty Gill & Uncle Paul had quite a journey today across from County Down between the flight to Glasgow and then the drive to us.

They were taking us to the Santa Steam Train at the Bo'ness & Kinneil Steam Railway. It was quite a drive through there as well. We were caught behind somebody doing 20 miles an hour on the snowy roads...I'm all for being careful but that was a tad slow. Anyway, we just made the 3 o'clock departure time. The children had a visit from the great man himself:-)

We decided to have fish and chips for tea from the fish and chip shop...this is a favourite tea for the boys. Not for Es, we always have to nip next door to the Chinese Take Away for Es.

For some reason Aunty Gill didn't take her hat off for dinner...she minded me of Ena Sharples from Coronation Street years and years ago. Ironically she did eventually taje her hat off and left it behind when they left to go back home.
