becoming a statistic

So, was meant to fly to London this morning. Made it all the way to Edinburgh airport, only for the place to shut down.

Took 2.5 hrs to get home (normally takes 20 minutes). This is a picture of me being stranded on the road. Basically busses and lorries couldn't get up the hill.

Turned out I could and I made it home safe and sound, if a little shaken...lots of skidding and sliding.
