you terrorist bastard!

can someone please explain to me why qantas doesn't want me to carry a furby on board a flight? it's bad enough they don't allow zach morris' cell phone (as the picture clearly indicates).

my flight was delayed by two hours due to heavy "tail winds", so i ended up landing in l.a. a half hour before my flight to chicago, which means i missed my flight to chicago. so i was stuck in l.a. for about 12 hours. luckily my friends eric and brian who live out there were kind enough to pick me up and show me some of the sights, which for me meant going to the secret stash in westwood and santa monica pier.

it was kind of sad because it means i didn't get home until 6 sunday morning (it was supposed to be 7:30 saturday evening) and all but one of the group of friends that were going to meet me couldn't make it, but it all worked out in the end... (see tomorrow's blip for the exciting conclusion!)
