Ashley River

24 degrees Celcius at 7.30 am. Today has been a scorcher - I believe it got up around 32 at its peak. Humidity (50%) so high that it felt like we were in Auckland.

I met up with JL after school and we went for a walk by Ashley River. Cousteau, Lencie (his sister) and Cousin Harvey cooled off in the water and seemed to enjoy themselves.

I didn't know this walk was there. We'll be doing it again more often now that I do.

JL's coming round for tea in a bit - I'm cooking Chili. Had better get to it.
