New home for the big fish....
Alfies latest cold kept him fitful all night so not a huge amount of sleep was had by him or his Dad, I slept well as so shattered after the previous 2 nights of him in bed with me.
Kept him home with at Stuarts suggestion, I lost my voice again this morning and felt horrible so we both had an extra hour in bed. When he woke up he looked terrible but was on really good form. Made a Drs appointment for him, opticians for me which I have put off way too long but as both proper pairs of glasses are damaged, one by me and one by Alfie, plus eyey headaches it had to be done.
Mum came over and we popped out to find a very cheap as big as poss tree for outside the front of the house, then coffee at As behest, then eyes which are sadly worse for the first time in about 6 years (last 4 visits have improved partially :-(), pick new glasses unload a stupid amount of money, Dr with A, a hideously embarassing moment in the surgery involving an unlocked loo door which I opened tihnking noone was in there. As turned out it got even worse than just that, the chap in there was none other than Stuarts cousin!!!
Alfies chest clear, just yet another bug.
And to the subject, the four monster fish are loving our aniversary present of their new tank, it is fabulous! Just need to persuade S that we need the mini version for the baby fish....
