A Grotty Grotto Day

Today was not a good day.

Slept in and then had to rush around to get son to ice skating. Car got stuck in the snow again meaning more needs cleared when we get back (aaaaagggghhhh). Post skating took the younglings to Santa's grotto which was good but the long wait combined with a junction closure on the motorway meant we got too late address the snow problem (aaaaaggghhh!!!). So I spent an hour clearing what I could and removing six days of ice from my car, which also passed the "escape the untreated housing estate of dooooom" test.

Driving to the station tomorrow as, once escaped of the dooooom, the roads are ok and the station car park Is clear. Really need to get back to normality soon. S'no fun anymore...
