Stranded...

Well, what a day.

Left home - no (fresh) snow.

Got to the A80 - a few wee flakes.

Hit the M876 - whiteout.

Got to work.... WHOOMPH! Snow downpour. Central Scotland in gridlock... all day!!!

No way home, so have sought refuge at a friend's house near Stirling. Now there's a lesson to keep an emergency kit in the car containing a toothbrush, deodorant and clean knickers... ;-)

At least I'll get to work in the morning, but it won't be a pretty sight....
