Christmas Thyme!

If possible the garden looked even more beautiful this morning than yesterday and the sun is even brighter. I went out to cut some thyme for a chicken pie and I had to return for my camera.

Frost is just so lovely. Ideally I'd like to go out and photograph some proper scenery but Noah did not have a good night and is sleepy, snotty, teething and grumpy...not his usual self at all so we're staying in.

He was watching me outside take photos of the thyme through the patio windows with the dog, who refused to come outside and just looked at me with a 'Yeah, right, remind me who you say is the stoopid one...,' expression on his face.

I now have two lines of snot on my patio windows: one at dog height and one at Noah height...nice.
