Hidden Santa

Found this under my bed this morning. First few things I thought were..

1. Why have I only just found this?
2. Is it because I haven't looked under my bed for 12 months?
3. Why has it got his hand up in this particular way?
4. Is it because he was made to lean on walls like some kind of chilled out cowboy?
5. Waving at Rudolph?
6. What on earth do you do with it as it can't stand up on it's own or be hung anywhere?
