A Coincidence or What?

I love coffee with milk. Today late night I treated myself with a hot cup coffee, as I am suffering from the worst sore throat I could ever have.
My vocal cords are actually 'blocked', ?frozen?, ?jammed???.
It hurts when I talk...:(

Anyhow, before I could pour milk into the cup, I noticed something....

Do You See What I See or is it just my imagination?
