Name that 70s movie poster #4

Last (and most creased) of the little stash of rediscovered movie posters. This one claiming to be "The most controversial movie of our time" it also inspired a track on Japan's album Gentlemen Take Polaroids. Like you need clues (but as it's a favourite song of one member of the household I'm obliged to mention it).
