Cours Noel

A rather cheesy start to blipfoto!!

Taken while walking back to my hotel in Aix-en-Provence. The Cours Mirabeau is a very beautiful street, but despite being all dressed up for Christmas, looked rather sad and forlorn. Strange thing was that it was a very warm evening for December (15C / 60F) and the city was full of people eating and drinking outside at the cafes. But when I crossed the Mirabeau it was, briefly, almost deserted.

My project down here ends next week so it'll be bye-bye Aix.
