Wilted Winter Bouquet

D ordered flowers from M&S to be delivered to me last Thursday but due to adverse weather they were delayed until today.

Because they had been sitting in a warehouse all these days, they were past their best to say the least! After removing all the greenery and artificial berries, this is what I was left with. Broken, droopy roses and carnations and some other kind of flower which had rotted and covered everything in a slimy gunk.

I called M&S to complain and they immediately apologised and promised a replacement bouquet would be sent to me. I look forward to its arrival and commend M&S for dealing with this in such a helpful and customer-friendly way.
