The Winter sun

The Winter sun filtered through snow clouds over Staxton Hill, North Yorkshire, this afternoon.
Btw, no filters used for this photo, it really did look like this. Just cloudy white balance set to 'warm' the sky tones.
A day of snow showers, and blue sky, snow showers, and blue sky, snow showers, and blue sky.... Possibly the worst snowy day on the Yorkshire coast, as you may have seen on the TV news. I think everyone is now very fed up with the cold, the snow, and the inconvenience.
But yesterday was -5.5c mid morning, today -2c, so getting warmer. Ha!
