London rules ok

Saw this flag attached to the fence at the end of Hillside Crescent Crescent Gardens on the way to work this morning - made me smile that someone had gone to all the effort to do this, even though the city is still snowbound.

I wonder if London would have been as amateurish at managing our current snow crisis??
