I concur with the first statement for 2 reasons!

Leaving Scotland isn't easy..tell me about it!!!

Reason 1: Having spent a year in Scotland and then returning for graduation, i know all too well that leaving Scotland is certainly hard. As I walked past this ad today in the airport, my eyes welled up (again for the cajillionth time!) as I thought about leaving Scotland and the wonderful friends I had made whilst here. Leaving Scotland definitely isn't easy.

Reason 2: There is no blip for tomorrow as it took me forever to get home to jamaica. With the snow and ice on the roads in Scotland, my flight out of Glasgow got cancelled, i missed my connections, had to be re-booked on other flights for the following day and then even those were delayed severely by the snow and ice. (This delay then caused me to miss other connections forcing me to spend the night in the JFK airport). I didn't imagine it would be so hard to actually get out of Glasgow. I was happy for an extra day in Glasgow but it didnt turn out to be all that wonderful as I had to spend it in a hotel without food by myself. So when the weather is snowy and icy, leaving Glasgow is hard!
