Family treasure.....

About 54 years ago, my father gave this trio to his future mother-in-law for Christmas. Mom says Nanny treasured them and when she passed away 44 years ago, the carollers passed on to my mother. They are on permanent display in the china cabinet, not just at Christmas, and we are always very careful when handling them. Mom thinks they cost only about $2 at the time, but to us, they are priceless.

Unfortunately, it's late and this blip certainly doesn't show any skill in using my camera but sometimes it's more about the description than the photo......
