Cookie Trees

We were asked to make a centerpiece for a table at the Christmas party, so I rounded up a few friends to help me make cookie trees. I'd never made them before, but I'd seen them in a magazine years ago, so we gave it a try.

Yesterday we made triangle cookies in all different sizes. Explaining what we were doing was a challenge in Thai, but today the trees started to take shape. We frosted them with green frosting then decorated them with M&Ms, round gummy candies, star-shaped cereal, powdered sugar and white frosting (the snow). We all had fun working on the project, even some of the boys got into decorating the trees.
