Mushroom

I love mushrooms. Four mushrooms arrived in our organic vegetable box today. Within half an hour I was preparing them for lunch when I realised how much I loved the texture and colours. So out came my camera... Oh & we had mushroom on crusty toast with a poached egg on top. Yum.....
