I'm working in a sleepy little NY town fifteen miles north of Manhattan known as Pelham. Actually, I believe they call it a village. The people are friendly, the air is fresh, and there is this amazing old tree in the front of my office building, the kind of tree that has touched so many lives and been witness to so much history. So far the job has been fine: agreeable work for a fair wage. Life on the straight and narrow is all work and no play. ...seven am to seven pm times two trains and about two miles by foot...alas, I am a commuter.
