Before the storm

Oh dear - it's such a terrible picture but I've Blipped this today because it shows that winter seems to finally be descending on Symi. The sky has been angry all morning and a little while before I left work for my break we had a thunder storm and some pretty heavy rain. The forecast for this weekend is for the temperature to drop below 10°C and for more rain. Ah well, at least there won't be any if the dreaded white stuff.

Actually, this picture serves two purposes - it also illustrates my current mood better than any words ever could.
