at church this week we've had HIV/AIDS workshops to coincide with world aids day. today after our church service some people carried out VCT (voluntary counselling and testing).

i got tested and was very proud of myself for facing the finger prick. i guess some of our members had more to worry about than the finger prick so i shouldn't complain.
