30 Days!!!!!

One thing I'm lookng forward to when I get home is, sitting down, having a nice meal and a good bottle of wine.
Now I can't complain, the food on the ship is good and I've had a few good meals in the many ports I've visited these last few months. But nothing compares to home.
I won't be checking my watch, to see when I have to get back to the ship. I won't have to worry about only having one glass because I'm working later. I know none of you have any sympathy for me, but this is the stage of the contract where all you think about is getting home. These last few weeks where the tiredness starts to creep up on you, the little things about people start to really annoy you and all you want to do is get away. Especially as, once again, I will be spending Christmas away from my family. It is my choice, and I'll stand by it, but it doesn't make it any easier, no matter how many times I've done it (I think its 2 Christmas' at home in 10 years).
Anyway, I'll be home soon, and i can't wait to see my family and friends and especially my nephews.
