Damn!

You'll have seen this level crossing before. I blipped it back in July. Today I collected Cal from his mother's house and we headed for Tesco to get beer and pizza for tonight (he's too young for the beer). That meant using Teston bridge and then the level crossing. The problem was that the level crossing was stuck and closed to cars; the lights kept flashing and the barriers stayed resolutely closed.The bridge is single-track so we all had to squiggle around and then get folk coming down to the bridge to reverse and let us through. Of course they had no idea that we'd been sitting a while so more were joining the queue. A real pain!
