Recently i have been infatuated with dynamic range and what are the factors that affect it.
(If you can refer me to some good reading please do so by all means).
This photograph had to be deliberately underexposed to get some detail in the branches framed against the bright sky. I took the same picture with my camera phone, a digital p&s i "borrowed" from a friend and my f3 nikkor 50mm f8 with tri-x 400 ISO. Would be interesting to see the comparison.
Enough rambling for now, this is my backyard btw :)
